Smart Scan troubleshooting

• Use a clear photo with the whole receipt visible.
• Check your internet connection before scanning.
• Review extracted GST, ABN, total, and date fields before saving.

Backup and restore

• Keep backup files in a safe location.
• For Secure Pro backups, keep your vault password safe. Receipta cannot recover a lost vault password.

Account and subscription questions

Subscriptions are managed through Apple App Store billing. You can review, change, or cancel subscriptions from your Apple account settings.
