Smart Scan troubleshooting
- Use a clear photo with the whole receipt visible.
- Check your internet connection before scanning.
- Review extracted GST, ABN, total, and date fields before saving.
Backup and restore
- Keep backup files in a safe location.
- For Secure Pro backups, keep your vault password safe. Receipta cannot recover a lost vault password.
Account and subscription questions
Subscriptions are managed through Apple App Store billing. You can review, change, or cancel subscriptions from your Apple account settings.
